  • How long will it take to clean?
    The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of your house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of service. For general cleaning, sessions typically last around 2 hours, while deep cleaning can take up to 3 hours or more. Provide us with details about your property, and we will provide a quote along with the estimated cleaning time!
  • Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?
    Yes, we bring our own equipment and cleaning products to every job! Our professional-grade tools and cleaning solutions ensure a thorough, safe, and efficient cleaning experience for your home or business.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel a service with LL Housekeepers?
    Absolutely! We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. You can reschedule or cancel a service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. We value your time and appreciate your understanding.
  • What’s included in a clean with LL Housekeepers?
    Our general cleaning package includes dusting and wiping all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down kitchen surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Additionally, we ensure all common areas are tidied and organised.
  • Can I request the same or a different cleaner?
    Absolutely! Let's be honest, everyone has their favourites and we totally understand that! Building trust and familiarity with your cleaner is important for a seamless service. If you prefer to try a different cleaner, we are also happy to accommodate that request. Just let us know your preference when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • Do I need to be present during the clean?
    No, you do not need to be present during the clean. We ensure all our cleaning staff undergo thorough background checks and training to provide a secure and high-quality cleaning service. Additionally, you can provide us with specific instructions for access or any preferences beforehand.
  • What are your cleaning prices?
    Our prices start at $110 for a one-hour cleaning session, which includes a two-person cleaning team. The total hours and cost required for cleaning depend on the size of the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For an accurate estimate, please provide details about your property, and we’ll calculate the time and pricing based on your specific requirements.
